1998 Gray mare Unregistered

Cheyenne is my favorite Arab mare. She has a very pretty and elegant small head, a beautiful floating trot and is very fast! Cheyenne is currently green broke and so smooth to ride. Cheyenne has been free jumped and boy is she good!! She has jumped a four foot fence from stand still twice with little to no effort and has lots of scope and animation going over. I have also gone over small X-rails on her and she is extremely smooth.

Cheyenne is very sweet and she is always a favorite when people come to visit. Although Cheyenne doesn't have much training under saddle she has had many beginners on her. Leona, Hilary's 6 yr old granddaughter, used her for lessons a couple years ago before she started riding Dreamer. She was recently used as a trail horse by a number of friends who don't have much riding experience and hasn't been on a horse a while. Cheyenne has been great and become very reliable! I think she enjoys being ridden in a group by someone who doesn't really know what they are doing because they don't really tell her what to do!

Cheyenne stands to be saddled and bridled, although she isn't ridden in a bridle much. She stands still to get on and off. She often knickers when you start to get off! Cheyenne is very easy to catch as she always loves to see you and will usually walk up to you in the field. Cheyenne will continue her training under saddle after she foals and become one of my Eventing prospects! She will excel in jumping and dressage and has the speed and endurance for cross country!

Cheyenne is a great-great granddaughter of Khemosabi and a granddaughter of Muscat. Cheyenne has an amazing pedigree and her looks and movement show it! Unfortunately Cheyenne isn't registered due to her dam not being DNA or blood typed. Her dam is now dead and DNA cannot be retrieved. Her dam's parents are both blood typed though. If anyone knows of anyway to get her registered I would love to hear from you! She is such an amazing mare and I would love to have her registered!

Cheyenne had a beautiful chestnut colt by My Lukkhe Starr April 2010. Unfortunately due to a snow storm this sweet little man didn't make it. Cheyenne has been left open to continue her training.

2010 Arab Colt
My Lukkhe Starr X Cheyenne

2010 Chestnut Colt
Born: April 13th, 2010

Cheyenne gave birth to a beautiful chestnut on a wintery day in April. He had beautiful markings, angles and head. He had a to die for temperament and would have been an amazing mover. A really nice cross and a really well put together colt! Unfortunately there was a snow storm the night after he was born and other horses broke him out of his warm stall. He sick and cold and we couldn't get him save him. He will always be remembered as a neat baby and a fighter who did try to stay with us. We miss you little Hardy Boy!

RIP
